If the camp session is canceled by Camp Quest Arizona, for any reason, before the start of camp, you are entitled to a full refund.

If the camp session is canceled during camp, a pro-rata refund will be issued for the portion of camp that was canceled.  

If a camper is dismissed from camp by the Camp Director, no refund will be given.


  • the camper's parents/legal guardians cancel the registration for any reason, or
  • the camper is refused admittance to camp due to a failure to meet the pre-camp medical requirements, such as failure to provide medical examination, medical history or record of immunization

The following refund policy will be applied:

  • A $100 cancellation fee will be charged.  This corresponds to the nonrefundable deposit paid at registration time.
  • If it is within 30 days of or after the start of camp, no refund will be issued.  

No other compensation will be given beyond what is listed in this policy.
